"It is quite hard to find, since it is not in the main church yard, but it is the associated cemetery. This is can be found by leaving the churchyard by the back entrance, crossing a narrow track and entering the cemetery. Silvia lies on the far side of the cemetery. Her grave is better care for than most of the surrounding graves, and has many trinkets, gifts and notes adorning the final resting place of this icon of literature."

Although there is limited parking between the cemetery and the church we parked a short walk away in a car park at the bowls club.
The grave is situated in the cemetery outside the churchyard and across the lane and is easy to find. The cemetery itself is peaceful and Plath's grave is clearly visited often and tended regularly.
I've seen reviews mention disappointment at the unkempt appearance of much if the cemetery but I appreciate the wild nature as well as the current endeavours to introduce more wild flowers into the area. There are clear paths around the site to allow people to look at the other graves too."
