What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the University of Bolton Stadium for its excellent accessibility, particularly for disabled fans, and the friendly, helpful staff. The stadium offers a good matchday experience with comfortable seating and efficient entry. Some minor criticisms include the food options and the availability of match programmes.
"I visited as a disabled away fan and wow I have to say so far the best I’ve experienced. When we arrived the staff & stewards were so friendly and helpful from showing us where the accessible toilets were showing where to get food and drinks and finally showing us where we would be during the match. At most grounds I’ve visited there are normally stewards stood in the way through the game or at key moments but not at Bolton. The stewards stood off to the side so they didn’t get in the way. I think a lot of clubs and stadiums should look at how Bolton run a match day as they should get praised for the good work."

"Wonderful asset to the local community in the North West which deserves to host Premier League Football again as soon as possible. Great hotel attached as well. Loads of parking and convenient for so many destinations. Thoroughly recommended!"

"What is the point in producing a match programme and then not sell it around the ground? I was told it's on sale in the club shop. There's no way I sas gonna queue in torrential rain for that. Probs a trick to get fans into the shop?"
