"Went on the distillery tour with my parents and girlfriend at the weekend. It was a great experience. Justyna was an amazing guide - fun, knowledgeable and taught me how to drink whiskey properly! I really enjoyed the ethos of the company. Sustainable approach to farming and the whole process, from the field to the still to the cask to the bottle. Community seems very important to the distillery as the food in the cafe was locally sourced. Cafe staff were great - really friendly and the cakes were amazing. The whole place had a very welcoming feel to it and I will definitely recommend the tour to friends."
