Had such a fun time at Keighley bus museum. If you come to do the @worthvalleyrailway this is a nice add on, though make sure you book ahead so someone is there to show you around. They have an open day where they will have the old buses out and about on 7th August to celebrate 30 years of the bus museum! @visitwestyorkshire @visitengland #keighleybusmuseum #busmuseum #transportmuseum #visi...

The passionate and friendly volunteers are a highlight, eager to share their knowledge and stories, making the experience personal and engaging. While entry is free, donations are crucial for maintaining this slice of transport heritage.

"This place is very understated, which is a shame as they have a varied and interesting collection of old vehicles, some of which are very old. It's simply a functioning workshop/warehouse where you're allowed to look 'round and although I did enjoy it very much in its current form, I think adding some information boards for each vehicle would make it even better.
The staff were all very friendly and were more than happy to tell me about some of the vehicles, but still, a self-guided tour would make it more of a museum."

"Free to enter, but please leave a donation. Cash is good, but if you are like me and carry a card, they have a QR to scan.
A great collection, not just buses. Fire engines, police cars, all kinds of goodies. Just no 82 to Liverpool 🤣
The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and ready to stop and chat."
