What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kelsey Park is widely praised as a beautiful, peaceful escape with abundant wildlife that visitors love to feed. Families appreciate the playground and inexpensive cafe, while dog owners enjoy the pet-friendly atmosphere. Some find the pigeons a bit persistent, but overall, it's a highly recommended spot for relaxation and nature interaction.
"One of the best parks I've been to, this has a large area where dogs are restricted which really allows the wildlife to be seen and interact with visitors. we fed the squirrels, ducks and geese close-up. Remember to bring peanuts or bird seed with you to feed them. If there was a complaint it would be that the pidgeons are always looking for food, but there's not too much the park can do about that. We will visit again, for sure.!"

"Kelsey Park is one of those hidden gems that feels like an escape from everything. The sound of the fountains, the ducks gliding across the lake, and the tall trees swaying gently in the breeze make it a perfect place to clear your head. I especially love the walking trail that circles the lake it’s peaceful, clean, and full of friendly people and families enjoying nature. Whether you go for a run, a peaceful stroll, or just to feed the ducks, it’s a place that leaves you calmer and happier every time."

"Took all of my 5 grandchildren. Ages from 7 to 12. 3 boys & 2 girls. They loved it. We're able to climb trees & play on the grass. The cafe I found was inexpensive & catered for all ages. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Only problem. We didn't take enough food for the ducks & squirrels"
