The station is run by west midlands railway
It offers a direct service to Leamington spa and in the other direct to Nuneaton via Coventry
The services are hourly and both arrive on the same platform with services to Leamington heading south and Nuneaton heading north which can be identified by the arrows just past the tracks and over head announcements
This station can also be good if they like seeing crosscountry voyagers because they also use this line for their manchester-Bournemouth route, as well as occasional freight trains
Unfortunately Due to Kenilworth only having one active platform this can cause delays for services leaving Coventry or Leamington Spa because they will have to wait for trains to pass before entering but that is my only fault I have with this station."

"It's Christmas Day 2017 and this was supposed to be open months ago - still not finished. Looks good now, but how much longer will it be before the doors finally open and a train actually picks up passengers?
May 2018 and it's finally open. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope people make good use of it. The ticket office is smart with a toilet and a small cafe."
