Trossachs Woollen Mill - Callander 🐮 My birthday was made this year feeding these big cuties 🥰😭 You can park up for free then you just pop into the shop & ask for a bag of food to feed the cows, they only accept cash for this so make sure you have some coins with you 🙌🏻 Disclaimer: you might end up with a few cow slabbers on you after it 👀🤣 • • • • • • • #visitscotland #scotlandisnow #scotlan...

Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the opportunity to feed the friendly Highland cows for a small fee, calling it a wholesome and memorable experience. The scenic setting and the charming shop add to the appeal, making it a great stop for families and animal lovers. Some minor points of improvement were noted regarding food service presentation.

"I took my partner here for a guaranteed view of some highland coo’s, and these 3 are beauties. Can get busy with tourism, aimed especially at the coo’s, and you can buy feed in the shop if you want to feed them. Great for all ages."

Darryl Osborne

"Beautiful setting with mountains and farms in the background with a few highland cattle mooing, chewing and pooing all over and waving and fliting gently with the tourists is the catchy part of this gem of a location. Tourist stop by for some last minute shopping in the highlands before heading back to the lowlands, there at a distance i see a small castle across the farms which might be worth a visit unless that is private residence of some queen or earl in the 21st century. There is a coffee shop and a lot of gifts and souvenirs to buy along with lots of leather and woolen garments to shop however the cost was bit on the higher side but i guess which might be compensated by the quality of the products being better that regular stuff brought from city stores. Worth a visit"

Angira Sarkar

"Cute family-friendly cafe with great snacks, good coffee, and even some adorable moos to meet! Only downside—no plates provided for food, even though they had them behind the counter. We were asked to take the snacks in paper bags, which felt a bit odd."
