Reviews Summary
Le Petit Chef offers a highly innovative and visually stunning immersive dining experience with captivating 3D animations. While the concept and entertainment are widely praised, the food quality and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some finding it average or disappointing for the price. The service is generally noted as friendly and attentive.
"The animation and concept were good, but the actual dishes we received didn’t match what was shown on the projector, which was disappointing.
At the end, we were told the service charge was mandatory because of the preparation involved. We’re always happy to pay a service charge when the service and food match the price, but in this case it didn’t feel justified. After we questioned it, the waiter spoke to the manager, who eventually agreed to remove it. Considering the cost per person, I don’t think the service charge should feel compulsory, especially when the food was just average.
The dishes arrived lukewarm rather than hot, and overall the food didn’t live up to the expectations set by the experience. That said, our waiter was genuinely lovely friendly, polite, and helpful so we have no complaints about him.
It’s a fun idea, but the quality of the food could definitely be improved."

"We thought it was 'the' most exquisite, delightful, culinary experience we've ever had. The projections on the table were mesmerising. The food was the best we have had in both taste and presentation. The wine pairing was devine. At our time there were only ten, but would imagine if the place were busier, the atmosphere would be so much more exciting. The singing waitress was a new experience too. Didn't get to the actual 'club' but still excellent all round."

"My 11-year-old daughter and I really enjoyed the projection animation with the little chef, but the food was quite disappointing, and the cocktails were just ordinary drinks. Considering the price, both the décor and the food were underwhelming.
In terms of food, the only tasty items were the fries and mozzarella sticks. The rest of the dishes were either too dry or lacked flavor, the dessert was overly rich, and the ice cream far too sweet. The most disappointing part was definitely the food — it simply wasn’t worth a bill of over £200.
If the human chefs could put more passion and care into the food, it would really elevate the overall experience."
