While the limited opening days can be a challenge, those who visit find it a worthwhile experience, enjoying the history, the scenery, and the homemade cakes at the tea room.
"A rare treat. Only open for a few days each year.
The garden is really beautiful at all times, but I especially love the roses. The pond is packed with fish.
Our house tour was given by the head gardener, who made it so interesting, as well as letting us wander around in our own time to look at the details. I especially loved the carved screen.
We didn't have time to sample the tea room cakes, but it was a lovely setting for a café."

"Little Malvern Court is rarely open but a little gem.
Visits to the house are by appointment on a tour only, but that reveals a warm, interesting and lived-in home where it is clearly visible how the building has evolved without it looking like a mishmash.
A Catholic family home which continued as a community place of worship discretely after the Reformation, the chapel in the attic is very pretty and would have been tucked away along narrow corridors at the back of the house.
The Priory is now the Parish church and is a lovely building in its own right.
The gardens are worth a visit on their own, a wonderful harmonious blend of nature, formality and informality side-by-side.
Thank you to David our volunteer tour guide and the lovely lady who served up home made cakes in the tea shop with the stunning views."

"Not open to the public many days of the year, but if you get the chance you will not be disappointed. Stunning location on the edge of the Malvern Hills with views over the countryside. Lovely landscaped peaceful gardens and lake."
