What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Liverpool Empire Theatre is widely praised for its stunning architecture and the quality of its touring productions, particularly musicals. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and convenient location next to Lime Street Station. However, some find the foyer layout can cause bottlenecks, and seating in certain areas may lack legroom for taller individuals.
"Lovely theatre! I’ve been to many different theatres across the UK, and this one is truly top quality. The legroom in the stalls is especially spacious, which makes a big difference. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
However, the toilets tend to have long queues, so be prepared to wait.
Still, highly recommended overall!"

"Lovely theatre, helpful staff and option to order drinks for the interval delivered to your seat! Loved that! Massive bottleneck in the foyer though as we were allowed in but not to our seats. This created a lot of standing around in the heat. However, once the doors to the stalls were opened all was OK. We saw Riverdance, it was amazing!"
Ben O'Leary
"Went to see Tina the musical. We had really good seats. The theatre itself is stunning. Haven't been since I was a kid and it blew me away."
