Chris at reception was really kind and funny. We were worried about waiting for ages but we only waited for 10-15 mins so it wasn’t Long! Harry ensured all our stuff was looked after and talked us through safety and expectations! Chris on the top (of the hill) guided us through and engaged us with a nice conversation! Overall, lovely staff and lovely experience! Will pop by again when visiting Llandudno x"
