"Beautiful Day.
Short Sharp accent to the top may require a little scramble..
Beautiful views from the top can see as far as Arran on a clear day.."

"I didn't realise there's good parking for Louden Hill. There's also 2 bins at the carpark, so thereno need to litter or no excuse to pick your dog poo up and dispose of properly. Plenty of livesrock, who are photogenic but keep dogs under control, they're farmers livelihood. The views are amazing on a clear day you can see across Kilmarnock and Irvine to the Firth of Clyde and the Isle of Arran. The path looks at one time to have been kept but sadly not well maintained, and as well as the odd small tree blocking paths, it is a bit marshy in place. Boots, not trainers, I suggest. The trek does get steep in places, but views made it worthwhile. Took me an hour with two disabled walking sticks to get there. Depending on when you go, there are small, wonderful flowering plants, rock shapes,an old farm cottage, and some interestingly shaped frees for phographs."
