"We spotted this place whilst out visiting Worcester, and was delighted to find it was the Birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar . It was not a huge place like the stately homes we have been too but it has a lovely visitors centre and cafe and delightful and helpful staff . It had a potted history of Elgar's life and was bought and donated to the National Trust by Sir Edward Elgars daughter it is small but beautiful and contains a lot of things that belonged to the family . Reading the history and speaking to the volunteers and listening to Edward Elgars music playing softly in the background was lovely"
