"On Saturday 9th August I saw my dad featuring in Dad's Army as Lance Carp Jones and honestly not only was it hilarious but it was also amazing. He and the crew were all brilliant. I loved Mr Wilson with his fake horse. Everyone was so amazing. If all t' original cast of Dad's Army were here, they'd definitely be so proud and amazed. And if you went to see it, I'm really sure you enjoyed it too. But if you didn't see it, you missed out on seeing a wonderful performance with laughter and more laughter. What's better is, t' theme song played in beginning and at t' end, with a few changes."

"Absolutely fantastic venue for music!!! We were welcomed by some lovely people who made time to have a chat after the gig. Excellent choice of bands to choose from, something for everyone. Can't wait to visit again!! Good vibes all round!! The Maddermarket Theatre is a truly amazing night out to be yourself!! 😊"

"2025 07 12 Very Santana
I saw Santana in 69 at Woodstock. This tribute band made a good effort but was a little disappointing. The lead guitarist's guitar was slightly out of tune (I have perfect pitch) so it was a bit painful sometimes.
A great little theatre with a very varied programme, a good bar and friendly staff. It's quaint."
