"This is a lovely garden with some lovely plants and views. It's easy to do a nice circular walk which takes in all of the garden. There's a nice mixture of woodland and formal gardens. The gardens are fairly well maintained although some pruning is needed to open up some of the paths which would be difficult to access if you were in a wheelchair.
On the map all of the benches are marked which is really handy and I've not seen that before.
There's a lovely cafe seeing delicious cakes, lunches and drinks.
Free carpaking is also a bonus."

"This isn't a massive garden but we visited when the azaleas, camellias, and rhododendron were out and it was beautiful. Easy access paths for wheelchairs or pushchairs too which is good to find. The cafe only had a limited menu on the day we went as they had been busier than anticipated but the food was nice and service excellent. As most NT places these days refreshments are fairly expensive but not too extortionate.
Gift and book shops were well stocked.
Very enjoyable few hours indeed."

"Beautiful garden just outside Penzance. Woodlands, walled garden and a breathtaking terrace views across Mounts Bay to The Lizard. There is a shop and as always a cafe for refreshments.
If you're disabled with limited mobility they have partnered with Countryside mobility allowing you the use of their electric Tramper Buggy for a small fee of £3/day or £5 for 2 wks if you plan visiting other attractions they support."
