"We friends walked along the beach to Saltburn. Its lovely stretch of clean beach ideal for all age of people as well as dogs but note from May 1st to September 30th, the beach off limits to dogs. Oh there was a sea lion resting on beach.
Love to off my shoes, enjoy the sand and feel the touch of nature. On this beach, nothing around to buy so please pack your picnic before hot this beach. Otherwise bit walk to buy something from Saltburn beach. Anyhow collect some sea glass in many colours. Its a fun for hunting treasure."

"Walked from Redcar to saltburn and back and of course that means walking past Marske. Always liked Marske beach and town, some nice little shops and cafes, but the beach and those are a distance apart, so if you're looking for a beachfront cafe at Marske, then you will not find one. About a 10 minute walk I would say. A bit further to Saltburn promenade where there is food and drinks and the pier to enjoy."

"Beautiful place for a walk out & a quick local pint."
