Visitors appreciate its peaceful atmosphere and the presence of wildlife, though parking can be a challenge on weekdays. The addition of an adventure playground has made it even more appealing for families.
"Nice dog walk. I would have g8ven more stars, but there's no parking, which limits the times you can visit. But a nice open space for you to enjoy with your pooch. Parking restrictions o n the adjoining roads are only Monday - Friday, so weekends are a better alternative"
Cherished Pets of Brentwood
"Beautiful open space which is largely untouched (although this can make walking through it a little difficult), which is great for the natural wildlife. The meadows are very peaceful. We didn't see the cows when we visited although there was a lot of evidence that they were around!"
Rose Victoria
"It’s a great open space. Well used by everyone including dog owners. Not every dog owner/walker picks up after their dog which angers me as an owner. It’s much easier to walk through now the council have had a path laid between Greens farm lane and the main road near the high st. A multitude of birds around all year and if you’re lucky you’ll spot a muntjac deer or 2."
