"I absolutely love the calm of this station and how the architecture and old-style signs have been left in place. Compared to the bigger brother station a short distance away, Moor Street is somewhere I can happily sit with a coffee and wait for my train. A couple of staff members could possibly brush up on their customer facing skills, but otherwise this place is an oasis of calm in a not very nice city."

The staff were great, supporting and friendly.
Provides access to the Bullring and Thinktank museum. There is big shopping complex directly in the front as you are coming off from the station."

"Super friendly staff and giving you the best service. On top of cherry I love this old fashioned style station. Just like Victorian style in classic movies. Lovely location next to main shopping mall. Good service by tow main companies Chiltern and West Midland. Coffee shop and flower shop is the best. I like to give 5stars happily 😄"
