Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the spectacular coastal views and the chance to see seals in their natural habitat. The walks are described as peaceful and beautiful, though some note the terrain can be steep. Parking and toilet facilities in Mortehoe are functional but basic.

"Lovely walk between the point and the lighthouse. Some steep steps but nothing to strenuous. Plenty of seats along route to admire the spectacular views. Closer to the point is a healthy colony of seals. Also found a good fishing mark after beating path through broken.. but be aware of steep drop-off and slippery rocks. Caught sizeable Bass (well my brother did, pure luck !) on almost the last cast of the day.
Parking on the left as you enter Morthoe on Station road if paying by RingGo you need to stand outside the postoffice across the road from the entrance. 4hrs at £6.40. 2 unisex public toilets that are grim but better than some. Some catering outlets in the village + the post office."

Robin Gallie

"It was a lovely peaceful walk with some outstanding scenery. If you have a dog that's not trained keep it on a lead there's loads of sheep wondering around. You'll see plenty of other walker's who are friendly and polite be the same it makes your experience more pleasurable."

Madden John

"Beautiful rocky headland with stunning views. Both rolling hills and steep inclines. Lots of floral and fauna. A nice tea shop in Morte Hoe to finish off the walk."
