"Had a fantastic day out with a friend. On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful, and guided me to where I needed to be. It was an afternoon tea steam train journey.

"We went on a Fish and Chips Tea train ride.
The station was well sign posted and easy to find, car parking was at a bit of a premium, the station and its environs are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful.
The train itself was again pretty clean and well maintained and was pretty comfortable, staff on the train were great, but a bit pushed when handing out the fish and chip meals.
Toilets at the station were clean and fresh, cafe was nice and the beverages and snacks were of a good quality.
Would I go again, yes if in the area and i would book a particular journey in advance and book seats.
Good afternoon out."
