Lyme Valley Parkway is appreciated for its lovely green spaces, wooded walking trails, and family-friendly play area. However, visitors express frustration with confusing parking app requirements and significant concerns about safety due to discarded glass bottles on the grounds, which have led to pet injuries.
"We used to enjoy walking here with our dog, but now the parking charges are unclear we won't go there as we don't want to get a fine. It is impossible to see the parking rules without the app"
Joanna Coates
"Generally a nice place to walk the dog although I am getting really annoyed with some people there who believe that it's alright to discard glass bottles. 3 times in the last 24 months my dog has injured himself that badly there, that it has required veterinary attention. Please people find a bin, you may not care until it happens to you or someone or something that you care about, but please spare a thought for others using the facility and in general. My dog cut his foot again here last Sunday, can people please stop throwing glass around it always ends up somewhere, if you don't recycle it please put it in a bin."
David Gilmour
"This is a lovely place to visit, it has a nice walking area as well as a park for the kids and a nice work out along the walks if you feel energetic enough"
