"The place needs good management. There’s always very long queue to pay for things whenever I pop up to buy stuff and only 1/2 people behind the till.
Today, on 6/7/25, I brought my faulty shoes I bought in May to be replaced ( I called the store in advance a couple of days back, explained the situation and was told to bring them in store). So did. The manager told me that shoe making ‘creaking noise was fine, as his own shoes does that too’. I explained that I work in a quiet office and whenever I walk, the left shoe of the pair makes embarrassing noise. Apart of that I had no issue with the shoe and would like them to be replaced or returned. He then asked that I demonstrate wearing the shoe ( in the noisy, crowded store) I explained that they won’t hear it in this kind of environment, but was left with no other option. I wore them and given that there’s always a loud music and busy with customers, no creaking noise could be heard. One would expect that a person holding y managerial role, would have a sense of logic and problem solving skills, but this isn’t case at this Nike store.
P.S. attaching the creaking I hear while walking on the street. Is that how low your standards of quality?"

"Shockingly Poor Customer Service & Faulty Product — No Support at All
I never expected this from a brand like Nike. I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived with a clear manufacturing fault — both pairs had visible white glue around every edge. I wore them once and returned them immediately with full photo evidence.
Despite returning them within the legal return period, Nike refused to issue a refund and claimed there was a “resolution previously communicated” — even though no explanation or resolution was ever provided. I received the same copy-paste answer repeatedly, and the case was simply closed.
No accountability. No refund. No inspection details. No customer care.
As a loyal Nike customer for years, this experience has made me feel ignored, dismissed, and undervalued. It’s shocking that a global brand refuses to take responsibility for an obvious quality defect.
I will not be shopping with Nike again, and I will be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware of how returns are actually handled — especially when the product is faulty."
