Can anyone recommend a route for a roughly 21 mile run in London?

I'm training for a marathon and will be spending some unplanned time in south London for a family emergency. I want to run something away from car fumes and as uninterrupted as possible but am aware this is hard to achieve in London. I've been researching the Jubilee Greenwayโ€ฆ

"Came across this on hiking tour. Luckily ran into couple of gentlemenโ€™s who run and look after the place. One of them was kind enough to open the palace gates for us to look inside and have a tour of the palace if self.

A lot of history behind this place and you can see the old materials use to build it. Definitely worth a visit. Very limited parking but a short walk away from the train station."

Ishwar Nair

"Used to be the home of my good friend Thomas Becket. I have many happy memories here hunting deer in the park, and having feasts in the hall.
Disappointed to see the state the place is in. Some squatters have occupied some of the rooms while the rest has been demolished by the people of Otford"

Sam McCormack

"One of Otford's more hidden treasures. Worth making the effort to walk through the meadow from the One Stop shop and then up to the pond."
