"These are not 'good' boats by any stretch of the imagination. They're old, and tired. They're noisy, smelly (oil I think) and I'm pretty sure ours was slightly sinking as the bulge pump constantly had to remove water from somewhere. The helm (drivera) seat must be made for children as a normal alcoholic sized adult is too large to fit. But they're easy to drive.

For us, as professional mariners by trade, this was a hilarious experience. We had the foresight to pack a Bluetooth speaker, and a bag full of drinks and snacks.
Three hours was the perfect amount of time to get down to the next pub along the broads for a spot of lunch and then back again.
Disappointingly, it does appear some boats are considerably faster than others - since a Group that left considerably later than us caught up with us."

Only concern was that there was a marked difference between the two boats that were given to our group, which made things quite frustrating for those in the slower boat as it felt they were playing catch up all day. I'd recommend if you're booking more than one boat specifying that you'd like them to be comparable in terms of speed and capabilities! Other than that, it was a fine day out and would recommend."
