What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Priory Gardens are mixed, with many praising the beautiful, well-kept grounds and award-winning flower beds, making it a lovely spot for walks and family time. However, some experiences highlight issues with customer service at associated medical facilities, which are separate from the garden's appeal.
"Tried to request medication on Monday and was told my prescription was removed by someone at the surgery and said it would be sorted out and I’d have them by Thursday as I had tablets to only last me until Wednesday and I still haven’t received them. Every time I call the receptions do nothing other than interrupt me and are very rude. I still haven’t got my tablets but luckily thanks to an amazing pharmacy it is getting sorted. Would definitely not recommend this surgery and I will be moving!!!!"

"Absolutely appalling service I’ve been phoning for two days with massive migraines, everytime they have no appointments or told to phone 111 and this is with calling at 8am and 1pm. This really doesn’t relieve the pressure off the NHS.
Not happy patient"
Ketan Katargamwala
"Great place to run around with the kids in the grounds of the stunning church. With parking and the high street nearby there are plenty of amenities and the flower beds are stunningly well kept. No wonder it is an award winning park area!"
