What Travellers Say

Many highlight the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, some reviews mention that the breakfast experience could be improved, with occasional inconsistencies in food quality.
"We held a small wedding breakfast here and felt that I need to post a review!
Alex and team where exceptional. Gabriel was excellent; making us aware of issues and advising us to how things were going.
The food was amazing (with good choice), the service was fanasitic. We stayed the night and breakfast was also excellent.
We had looked at a number of places but we were very happy with our choice."
Richard Weller
"We only had one night in Cheltenham, but staying at this hotel was a good choice. The building is impressive and the service was great. Our room was lovely and spacious and the bed was so comfortable we were tempted to stay longer. The buffet breakfast was typical English with options to order various dished from the kitchen, served in a light conservatory on the side of the building. A wonderful experience overall."

"A fantastic location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff, can all be expected at The Queens hotel. The hotel sits at the top of the best shopping street and bars in Cheltenham. There is also the very pretty park just outside the hotel.
There is parking at £15 per night, very useful indeed.
The rooms are spacious and quiet even with the night life going on around you.
The suites are large and have huge beds in.
The staff are always friendly and polite and can't do enough to be helpful.
Breakfast was the only place I would mark down. The full English was all just a bit under cooked, limp hashbrowns and hard tomatoes. The continental could do with better breads and more interesting cheese. And maybe warm pastries.
The hotel itself is clean and very well presented and styled."
