What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Queen's Park as a lovely, well-maintained oasis in the heart of Loughborough. Highlights include its beautiful gardens, engaging bell tower exhibit, and family-friendly play areas. While generally a positive experience, some note that the waterway's fish population can vary.
"Lovely oasis just off the town centre. Small museum to have a look round, winding paths around the park that pass bright flower beds. There is a waterway that runs through the park, we have seen some quite large fish swimming in it, although not the last time we went.
The bandstand in the centre has a good few musical events during the year, and of course the bell tower exhibit is well worth a view.
Play areas for the little ones, grass to sit on, benches dotted around, and now an exercise area.
Great place to spend a while at any time of the year"
