"A small but perfect theatre venue. You feel truly immersed and transported due to the close and intimate seating, and the great acoustics. I have thoroughly enjoyed many fabulous productions over the years, they have all been top notch thus far. I would go so far as to say better than the West End in many instances. Looking forward to returning very soon. I highly recommend visting and supporting this brilliant and fine establishment, it is afterall Europe's largest amateur theatre. But there is nothing amateur about the productions and performers, which are both highly professional and immensely talented."

"Hindle Wakes is a little gem of a play which provided a great night’s theatre at Questor’s. Set in a Lancashire mill town in 1912, it showcases a young working class woman who flouts societal rulings by spending the weekend with the son of the mill owner. Her future is decided for her, but she has a mind of her own.
Directed with confidence and flair, the production flowed, making light work of having the audience on 3 sides in the Studio. The cast were impressive individually and as an ensemble, with strong points of view rendered with poise, energy, and wit. Even the scene change got a round of applause. Recommended."
