We visited the RAF Radar Museum in Norfolk on a rainy day and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about the history on display.
All the exhibits were excellent, really well curated with a great mix of information and hands-on, interactive elements that made everything engaging and easy to understand. The Cold War room talk was a real highlight, offering fascinating insight into the radar base’s role and the history behind it.
The café and gift shop were also lovely with great value, with friendly staff and a nice selection of refreshments and souvenirs.
We spent 4 hours exploring everything. A brilliant museum that brings a unique part of Britain’s aviation and defence history to life. Highly recommended"
