"excellent short break had by all the group.
park itself is ok rammed with caravans as expected but value for money. staff however on the park were very friendly and made us feel welcome. customer service manager was amazing and made our child's holiday from the moment we arrived and continued throughout. pool was good for the size although very warm. kid enjoyed the pool and the activities there. club room was small a little cold but it was enough entertainment for the little one. bar had sports and food was nice. would go again for sure for the price. short walk to Morecombe."

"On arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming & gave me a courtesy call about half an hour after check in to make sure everything was ok. The caravan wasn't filthy.. but it wasn't spotless either. The kids entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant & my little girl loved the starland krazy. I do wish that there were more bookable activities on, although I would understand if it was due to the time of year. I also want to give James im the Boathouse a huge shoutout, as nothing was too much & he always had a smile on his face & always greeted my little girl. But the biggest shoutout has to go to Evie the lifeguard. She was absolutely brilliant with my 3 year old, very polite & kind. Even remembered my little ones name. Overall I would definitely return.. maybe next time when there isn't a storm all weekend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Parkdean Regent Bay! The caravan was modern, clean, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights was the warm indoor pool – perfect for a swim whatever the weather and great for the kids to splash around. The park itself was well-kept and had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, a brilliant experience"
