Imagine my surprise, then, when we arrived on the day and the lift was broken, but the staff said nothing and we were forced to climb a massive flight of stairs. It was their responsibility to notify me in advance and offer me a different room or a refund. Because we had traveled a long distance to Oxford, I had to suffer, not only while disabled, but also pregnant."
