"There was 4 men outside drinking on a bench. They were all aggressive and drunk. Foul mouthed. I was embarrassed to think that people are coming on holiday to Rhyl with their children and have to witness this type of behaviour in the centre of Rhyl at 10am. Directly opposite the police station."
