Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Robbers Bridge for its peaceful, mystical atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings, particularly the moss-covered forest and stream. However, the challenging, narrow, and steep access road with limited parking is a significant drawback for many. Reddit+2

"We visited here today to take a capture a few images of the countryside for my portfolio. The road down to the bridge is quite narrow with only a handful of passing places possible, there is a very nasty, VERY STEEP haripin bend, go careful.

The road did not have any potholes but was covered in leaves, it probably doesn't get a lot of use. We tried to cross the bridge in the car but it was just too wide, the sensors were not happy and neither were we. So we parked up beside the road (there is a layby just up from the bridge for parking, we found on our way out.)

Not being very safe footed (wonky legs) we didn't venture far from the bridge, but it looks like an awesome area if you fancy walking, great scenery and a lovely river.

Please do remember to take your rubbish home, it's a shame to spoil the beauty of the area with picnic detritus."

"Beautiful to see and so peaceful. Tricky road down to it with steep gradient and switchback. Very slippery under the trees when driving down"

Rusty P

"This is very attractive and worth a look. We only found it because the owner of the hotel we were staying in told us about lots of places off the beaten track. Could spend hours exploring the pretty stream and taking photos and just enjoying the peace!"
