"We had a fantastic stay at Rockley Park - lots to do for little ones. The swimming pool is clean and spacious with a great slide. Lovely food served in the restaurant (lots of gluten free options). Accomodation was amazing, very comfortable and clean. Overall a wonderful stay, our children had the best time and we will certainly be back."

"This was my 4th hideaway Haven break this year. All different sites.
I had booked dog friendly and it was fine, no odours, but quite stained. As a dog friendly caravan I expected some evidence of previous animals. But no odour. However the human areas needed more attention. The mattress, though comfortable, was stained. No protectors. Same with pillows. Shower was stained as were all blinds and curtains . The van itself was spacious, the deck was dirty as was the furniture on the deck. However it was a great base to visit areas locally. It was a short stay, I wouldn't have stayed longer. But... would possibly visit again for a short stay base to visit local areas. I would like to see mattress and pillow protectors, it is unpleasant lying on others bodily fluids.
There was no welcome pack when I arrived just an empty envelope!"

"This was my second time visiting Haven Rockley Park, and sadly, I was quite disappointed on this occasion.
When we arrived for check-in, we were informed that our caravan was ready for us. Unfortunately, when we located it, it turned out that no cleaning had even started. We had to wait around 1.5 to 2 hours before we could enter, and even then, the caravan was still dirty. We ended up spending an additional 30 to 60 minutes cleaning it ourselves — not exactly the relaxing start we had hoped for after a 4-hour journey.
The park itself is fairly well-maintained. You can see some wear and tear in places, but nothing too major that would severely impact your stay.
Evenings and entertainment, however, were underwhelming. The entertainment venue was uncomfortably hot, queues at the bar were constant, and the drink prices were on the higher side. Overall, it didn’t feel very enjoyable or relaxing.
As for the arcades — they’re quite expensive, and you need a lot of points to redeem anything worthwhile, which can be frustrating, especially for families with children.
While the location has potential and my previous visit was much better, this time left me feeling let down. I hope Haven takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve the guest experience."
