"Excellent service when we bought our engagement ring here 23 July 2025, they can make any piece bespoke by changing the stone, they actually own several other shops along the rows and when I described which sort of stone I would like a team member popped to the other shop and came back with the ring I’d already told my fiancé that I liked. I was worried it might be a little tight should I have swollen fingers and the lovely owner sized it up half a size the same afternoon. They provide a certificate with the carat size of the stones for your home insurance. And I got a follow up phone call a week later as the owner thought he’d forgotten to give us the certificate. Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. Thank you for helping make our day special"
