"Fabulous beach, stunning location, lots of history within the area, great independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy parking, £3.00 for all day is a total bargain.
Lots of access to beach from several points along main road and from car parks.
Eyes down whilst strolling along beach, look out for noughts of sea glass, all collectable, you'll see lots of other people doing the same.
Beware of the sun together with sea breeze even in autumn, did catch a little tan 😀"

"Amazing beach. We had a wonderful last day of summer holiday. Seeing a killer whale (Orca) in the open sea was a special gift for me and an encouragement for the children who endured the walk to the very end. The great Lord who created all this for us! The sons enjoyed exploring the car, or rather the remains of a car, which may have ignored the three pounds for parking or imagined itself to be a ship( hope that everyone there survived) . Our journey was to the very end but it was worth it! Now I will have a handful of colored glass and memories of the white and black of the killer whale that delighted us."

"Lovely stretch of shoreline, be careful walking near the cliffs as some errosion but some caves to explore. Glass varying from minute to fingernail size unless you've lucky and find bigger pieces! Good car park (£3 all day), cafe up the steps. Gets busy lots of folk sit down with a bucket or bag and a little rake!"
