"The answer to a pub quiz question on the oldest letter box in Britain is, of course, upstairs at the Sherborne museum. And, near it, is an eclectic collection of sewing machine, including a Singer (from Glasgow you know).
I found the stories about the castles in Sherborne interesting. Also noted, a magnificent dolls house, a tiny shop. Lovely and helpful volunteers.
