"There is a large lake you can walk around and the perimeter of the park forms part of the England coast path. There are no public toilets and I didn't spot anywhere to buy food or drink. This used to be a military site and there are several structures you can look at, but none are open to go inside. There are information boards dotted around the park, explaining its military history.
There are warning signs telling you to keep of the beach as there may be unexploded shells."
