"A beautiful Loch on the scenic route from Dornoch back to the A9 northbound. Peaceful, lovely scenery, lots of bird life and groups of resident seal basking on the sand banks, idyllic. The only negative is there is only one tiny car park, possibly fit 5 cars and 2 benches in the 2 mile stretch along the Loch, a few more parking spots wouldn't go amiss. Apart from that a wonderful place to be."
