"Not like the photos any longer. The once beautiful flower beds are mostly weeds, sadly just another neglected part of Southend"

"This is a very open park with a skateboard park, tennis courts, the Chalkwell park rooms has a cafe for refreshments, plus you have the Metal works art studio, it’s a well maintained park with a rose garden to. A number of different advents are held in the park through out the year. The reason it’s been given a 3star is there is nothing outstanding about it but it has a small carpark and lots of space for children and families to enjoy."
