"Saw a Xmas concert here recently. Beautiful church with absolutely fantastic acoustics. Toilets were broken on the night we went which wasn't the end of the world as they let us use the local bar toilets around the corner.
Would definitely recommend visiting this church for the Beautiful detail inside"

"This church is unfortunately positioned in the middle of the Strand making it just enough out of the way to only visit if you intend or are adventurous. We stopped while we were waiting for another store to open and glad we did.
This is a beautiful old church (which has been rebuilt a number of times) dedicated to military personnel. The lists of the fallen are displayed around the outer aisle of the church with photos and memorabilia displayed in the back.
A wide central aisle with a barrel vaulted ceiling lead the eye to the front altar. There is also a beautifully carved wooden pulpit.
There is a crypt below the church, but was closed the day we were there.
Well worth a visit to honor the fallen."

"So sad I couldn't get to the actual church :( So I did my prayers outside. It is a bit weird to stand with your eyes closed on a random street in the middle of the Strand in the cold but I managed it! Great place to think about the ethics of war and the toll that it took on so many people, young and old. I love visiting churches in the more 'businesslike' areas of London, because you see such a mix of people.
About the church itself, it's a cultural landmark and stunning, as most Wren-designed cathedrals are. Visit if you get the chance!"
