"Fantastic Church... The Sunday service was just what I needed after a stressful week . The church and atmosphere brought me close to Jesus and the Lord.... The Holy Spirit filled me with caring love, safety and hope... The service was very traditional with the church organ and fragrant smoke of the burning incense with vicar and choir in full traditional dress. No TV's or screens with words of worship, just traditional hymn books and the deep reverberating sounds of the real church organ.... On my Sunday walk to the church l was created by the distant church bells ringing which became louder and louder as I approached the church. On Entering the church l was friendly greeted and given the hymn book , Bible and order of service.... My whole experience was just amazingly fantastic. After the service there was tea and coffee available which I had with enjoyment and delight of meeting the people of the community.. This is the best church if you are looking for a fully traditional service..... Five stars doesn't do the church justification."

"St John the Evangelist church in Clevedon is respectful and friendly. There are many opportunities to learn more about the Christian faith, in an intellectual way. The hymns are full of poetry and memorable tunes, for example, those written by Charles Wesley. The organ music is excellent. A piece by Bach is often to be enjoyed at the end of a Sunday service. The stained glass windows are beautiful, and incense is used in many of the services. There is something for all of the five senses. This church is highly recommended."

The spoken words of the poets reciting their personal poems were heard clearly and crisply. If you are religious or spiritual and looking for a church, I suggest that you give this one a look."
