"The venue itself is perfect. Unfortunately, the stewards inside helping you find your seats were absolutely useless. Guiding us to the wrong area, being told we had gone in through the wrong turnstiles, directing us back outside and telling us to go in the wrong turnstile which would have taken us even further away from our seats. Eventually, someone took is to roughly the correct area and finally a very nice English gent who was extremely pleasant and helpful pointed out our seats.
Most of the stewards need to learn where they are and some customer service skills."
