"Lovely views across Taunton. Dog friendly, free parking with a height restriction barrier at entrance. Short loop path with great view point and pretty pine woods. You can venture for a 2 mile walk to Neroche castle which is all down hill, again on a good stone track and grass footpaths."
Marcus Ballyn
"Absolutely beautiful place. On a clear day, the Mendip Hills can be seen from Sand Point in Weston super Mare, across to Wells area.
Staple Hill is ideal for walking dogs. Loads of forest trees in which they can play. There is a trail that disabled can traverse in wheelchairs and buggies. Also scooters as I have to use. Be careful though. Lumps and bumps from stones to tree roots. But well worth the trek."
Margaret Hill
"Great place for walks with dogs, quiet, good walking trails, ample free parking"
