"A wonderful party location right in the heart of vibrant Hitchin. We used their ballroom for my birthday party and literally had a ball. The room is large enough to accommodate 120 but didn’t feel too large. Facilities are excellent albeit there is no lift to the first floor. The Sun Team lead by Adam, Colette and Sean could not have been more helpful. Gave access to the the ballroom to allow us to equip and decorate the room as we desired. Service on the evening was provided by 3 additional staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was absolutely fantastic considering the size of party (120+). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended."

They provided tea and coffee facilities and ensured our hot water was always topped up. We did not feel like we were rushed out of the room at all. Thank you for a lovely afternoon."
