Location is very convenient, and is close to Sutton Coldfield. Ample parking and lots of spaces. The interior of the hotel is very classy.
The buffet Sunday lunch was the let down of the stay, this wasn’t very tasty and the food quality was fairly cheap it felt. However, the breakfast was very nice and tasty.
The room was nice and modern, great amenities & very convenient to the hotel lobby.
We had a fire & ice experience which was very relaxing & great bio thermal rooms, the pool was fairly quiet in the spa to o & the staff was very friendly.
The leisure club was great, lovely variety of pools. Easy to get to and was a nice added touch.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again and will be doing so."

"I booked a birthday treat at the spa during May half term, expecting a relaxing visit after previously enjoying Ragsdale — but the entire experience was a complete shambles. The pool was absolutely heaving, and the whole visit left a bitter taste. Still, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt once the building work and new pool were finished.
Unfortunately, the second visit was no better. I booked a couples’ massage during a weekday in term time, hoping for a calmer experience, but from the very start it was doomed. Parking was a nightmare; we spent at least 15 minutes circling the car park trying to find a space. I eventually left my husband to deal with the car and went inside, only to be told that only one therapist was ready — completely defeating the purpose of a couples’ massage. Moments later, I was told both therapists were actually stuck in traffic.
To make matters worse, when the therapists finally arrived, we were told our treatments would be cut short by 10 minutes each because they were waiting for us. The lack of organisation was unbelievable.
The manager offered a small refund, but after everything that had gone wrong, it didn’t come close to making up for how dissatisfied we were with the entire experience. Overall, both visits were deeply disappointing, and I certainly won’t be returning"

"Just like to say a big thank you to the whole staff at The Belfry. Took my partner to propose and the venue is absolutely stunning.
Lovely lady greeted us at reception, room amazing with some lovely romantic touches.
Spa, well could have stayed in there all day.
Dinner, we had the buffet but my gosh the choice was out of this world.
Last thank you I’d like to say is the girl on reception in the morning. She took time to take some photos of us before we had to leave.
