What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Hawth Crawley is a highly regarded venue praised for its diverse programming, comfortable seating, and ample free parking. Visitors consistently highlight the quality of performances, from pantomimes to live music and theatre. While some find bar prices a bit high, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a beloved local theatre.
"We have loved coming here for years for musicals, pantos and many more. It's always a brilliant show, amazingly organised and performed. The venue has ample parking and enough facilities to accommodate everyone. We took a 4 year old to the panto this year and he was the perfect age for it, I personally wouldnt have taken any children younger than this as it was a long show.
When we went recently, I did think the prices had increased at the bar. It was £3.95 for a bottle of Fanta etc. The pouches of sweets also more than I expected. A large 250ml glass of wine was over £10 which was in a plastic cup.
But this wouldn't put me off visiting, I would just take my own refreshments in future"

"We saw Burlesque Friday at the Hawth, and it was the absolute best money I have spent in years. It was funny, raunchy and hilarious. If you get the chance you have to see it. And I have to say the venue is great and the seating is spacious. Quite unusual in my experience."

"Attended for the Buble vs Sinatra, and what a great show to kick off the festive season! The audience was of an older generation but both singers had great stage presence, got people dancing and the band were phenomenal. The singers did a meet and greet at the end. Really good value for money!
Plenty of parking, disabled access, the toilets were clean. The bar was fairly priced and staff friendly."
