"Visited on August 2nd for the first time as my partner and his friend are Albion fans, for my first visit there it was a nice view.
I loved how vibrant and scenic the field was and it was clean and hygienic all around the stadium too, despite multiple stalls being shut off for a friendly game it didn't feel crowded or overpacked.
In terms of facilities offered they do food & beverage at slightly overpriced prices but that is standard procedure for a stadium. They had benches indoors which served as a good waiting area.
My reason for the 3* rating is because there were some downfalls for me which made the experience standard instead of above average.
I will list the pros and cons below:
Pros: Scenic view, Well kept stadium, lots of friendly staff and good security
Cons: Limited Food and Beverage options at a high price - They had a singular vegan option which shows a lack of consideration for other dietaries, The toilets did not flush and the sinks did not work, leaving me feeling gross afterwards as I'd had to rely on soap and hand sanitizer."

Having said that, this remains a really great decent size Premier League/Championship level stadium. Pretty full most weeks with a great atmosphere from home and away fans, good sight lines from around the ground, transport links (train, tram, car) all good enough to cope.
Added to that very nice pie options and a better range of beers than a lot of stadium these days make for a great place to enjoy a game."
