"Houston, we have a problem. Yours truly visited the Ashmolean museum two days ago. I believe it's only natural to offer some sort of comparison between this and that. Chalk and cheese, my friends. The Wilson tried hard and has some wonderful exhibits but it's nowhere near being in the same league as its cousin in Oxford. Worth a visit if you're looking to fill an hour or two (or half an hour, which is more likely.)"

There's a coffee /snacks shop ground floor, the lady was very nice to "host" 😃 our shoppings 🛍 while we visited.
