"well, a chance outing to releive a little sunday boredom led us here and im glad it did as ive never been before, the town itself which we walked through on our way to the canal is quaint and not massive like i thought, the walk to the canal offered plenty of old buildings which i love and the actual waterway is clean and very pretty, beautiful scenery on both sides and a huge pond too if you like fishing..i could say more but you really need to see it for yourself so if you enjoy shopping, walking, water, nature, old buildings etc then i recommend making a day of it, its lovely, peaceful and a not too far away drive (depending on where you come from) with the added bonus of plenty of woodland all round no matter where your coming from."
